Taxpayers shall go to the county tax service hall or the rural tax office for tax registration according to their jurisdiction. The tax service hall will transmit the taxpayer's application materials to the management branch within 3 working days, and the management branch (rural tax office) will fill in and issue opinions after on-the-spot verification of the taxpayer's application materials, and the tax office will uniformly print the tax registration certificate for the taxpayer. The verification and issuance for tax registration confirmation shall not exceed 10 working days.
