Notice on Adjusting the Payment Base of Social Insurance for Enterprise Employees
According to the Regulations of Guangdong Province on Unemployment Insurance (Revised in 213), Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Provincial Department of Finance, Notice of the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau on Publishing the Upper and Lower Limits of the Basic Endowment Insurance Payment Wages for Enterprise Employees in 214 Social Insurance Year (Y.R.S.H. [214] No.1339) and Notice on Delaying the Implementation of the Lower Limit of the Endowment Insurance Payment Wages in 214 (Y.R.S.H. [214] No.1584), the average monthly wage of urban employees in Guangdong Province in 213 was 4,468 yuan. According to the relevant regulations, the payment bases of various types of social insurance for employees of enterprises in our city are adjusted as follows:
1. The payment bases of basic old-age insurance are 2,139 yuan to 13,44 yuan.
second, the basic medical insurance payment base is 3357 yuan.
3. The payment base of industrial injury insurance is 2518 yuan to 12588 yuan.
4. The payment base of unemployment insurance is 131 yuan to 12588 yuan.
5. The payment base of maternity insurance is 3,147 yuan to 12,588 yuan.
VI. If the monthly taxable wage income of the insured is within the upper and lower limits of the insurance coverage base, the insurance coverage base shall be verified by the average monthly wage of the insured in the previous year; Below the lower limit', the following limit approved payment base; If it is higher than the upper limit, the payment base shall be approved by the upper limit. If the insured person does not have the data of the average monthly salary of the previous year, the payment base of each insurance type shall be approved based on the average monthly salary of this year. The basic medical insurance is based on 8% of the average monthly salary of employees in Foshan in 213 (that is, 3,357 yuan).
VII. The payment base of the above types of insurance will be implemented from July 214.
