Charging standard for trucks
According to the provisions of the Provincial Department of Transportation, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Finance "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Charging by Weight for Freight Cars on Toll Roads in Jiangxi Province" (No.39 [2006] of Jiangxi Jiaocai Shenzi), the charging by weight is implemented. The charging standards are as follows:
1. The basic rate is 2.35 yuan/ton;
2. If the total weight of vehicles and goods is less than 10 ton (inclusive), it shall be collected at the basic rate;
3. The total weight of vehicles and goods 10 to 40 tons (inclusive), of which the part below 10 ton is levied at the basic rate, and the part above 10 ton is linearly reduced to 1.7 yuan/ton;
4. If the total weight of vehicles and goods is more than 40 tons, the part below 10 ton (inclusive) shall be charged at the basic rate, and the part above 10 ton shall be charged at 1.7 yuan/ton;
5. The charging standard for out-of-gauge transport vehicles shall be implemented according to relevant documents such as the Provincial Department of Transportation, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Finance.
Free access to buses and taxis in Jiujiang City (including Xunyang District, Lianxi District, Development Zone and Chaisang District) and Huangmei County (including Longgan Lake); For more than 7 fixed-line buses from neighboring counties in Hubei and Anhui (Huangmei County, Wuxue City, Qichun County and susong county) to Jiujiang City (including Xunyang District, Lianxi District, Development Zone and Chaisang District), a 30% discount will be given according to the actual traffic times; Container vehicle charges shall be implemented with reference to the preferential policies of expressways.
The vehicle charging standards and preferential policies for handling the annual cards of the two places shall be determined by the governments of the two places and the project legal person through consultation.
The scope of fees and the measures for the administration of fees shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and province.
After the operation of Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge (the first bridge), regular cost supervision and examination will be carried out to track and audit the costs and benefits of the operating projects. If the return on investment is obviously higher than the conclusion of cost supervision and examination, and the return on investment reaches more than 12%, measures such as shortening the charging period, lowering the charging standard or turning it over to the provincial finance in the form of state-owned capital investment income will protect the public interest.
