(2) Strictly control the basic requirements for applying for the Municipal Enterprise Technology Center. 1. An enterprise registered within the administrative region of Mianyang and having independent legal person status. 2. The enterprise has a good technological innovation mechanism, the enterprise technology center organizational system is relatively complete, the development plan and goals are clear, it has a stable industry-university-research cooperation mechanism, and the performance of enterprise technological innovation work is remarkable. 6. The enterprise has established a research and development innovation platform and has been operating normally for more than one year. 7. Within two years before the deadline for application acceptance, an enterprise shall not engage in the following situations: ① Violation of the Tax Collection and Administration Law and relevant laws and administrative regulations, constituting serious tax violations such as tax evasion, fraudulent export tax rebates, false invoices, etc. ② Failure to comply with statistics in the current year The law requires that R&D statistical indicators be filled in; ③Being included in the list of seriously untrustworthy entities by the Mianyang Municipal Public Security Information Platform.
