Influenced by his father as a farewell actor, Li Kai learned to dance and sing from childhood. /kloc-at the age of 0/7, he was admitted to the Song and Dance Troupe and studied singing and dancing, which made him discover his deep desire for performance.

So after graduating from art school, he told his father that he wanted to enter the Film Academy, but many people, including his father, said that he was not suitable to be an actor, because his personality was very introverted and his behavior was incompatible with the entertainment industry. However, Li Kai did not give up this idea, and he was admitted to the Beijing Film Academy in 2005, but eventually he failed because of his lack of performance experience. After returning home, Li Kai told his father that he would shave his head and not go anywhere. He would prepare his homework at home for the next year's exam. It was because of his persistence and hard work that he finally got into Shanghai Theatre Academy, and after graduation, he filmed the drama Shunzhi, in which he played the young Shunzhi. Since then, his actor career has begun.
