1. Detection targets

III. Relevant requirements

1. Please take the initiative to cooperate with residents, prepare health codes and travel cards in advance, and go to their sampling points for nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner according to the unified arrangements of towns; The key population and people with mobility difficulties will be sampled by the sampling personnel in the village.

2. Please prepare the "nucleic acid sampling code" and valid personal identification in advance. "Nucleic acid sampling code" can be obtained through "Zhenheyi" APP, "Zhenheyi" WeChat WeChat official account and other channels. Citizens who do not have smart phones can apply for the "nucleic acid sampling code" with the help of their families, print it and bring it to the scene, and please bring your identity documents with you.

3. Please cooperate with the on-site staff to wear masks regularly during the whole process. When queuing, be sure to keep a distance of 2 meters. Do not talk or get together, and keep good order.

4. All personnel shall collect the nucleic acid sampling certificate after sampling and keep it properly.

5. Personnel from all enterprises and shops in the area will go to nearby sampling points to take samples themselves, and those who can't provide all the personnel's nucleic acid sampling certificates will be suspended from business; Personnel without nucleic acid sampling certificate cannot enter public places.

6. The following personnel who are implementing the relevant control measures will not participate in the nucleic acid detection at this centralized sampling point, so please take the initiative to report to the residential community in advance:

① Management of foreigners and immigrants in medium-risk areas or with reference to medium-risk areas, and on-site sampling by medical personnel;

② Personnel from low-risk areas in the province and from other provinces will go to the nearby sampling point for sampling in the afternoon;

③ Su Kang code "yellow code" personnel should take personal protection and go to the yellow code personnel sampling service point outside the west gate of Chengxi Community Health Service Center for sampling.

7. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for less than 48 hours do not participate in nucleic acid testing. After 48 hours, please go to the nearest sampling point for sampling in time.

8. There is no charge for this full-time nucleic acid test. Those who refuse to cooperate without justifiable reasons, do not participate in the whole staff's nucleic acid testing, disturb the order or conceal, falsely report or falsify information will bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. For those who did not participate in the nucleic acid test and did not make up the nucleic acid test in time, the Su Kang code will be given a "yellow code".
