1. Provide pictures of the basic information of the enterprise, including the business scope, registration information, industry information and shareholder information to be engaged in, which can be saved by taking screenshots in the application interface of enterprise establishment after the enterprise completes its independent declaration of name;
2. Provide a copy of the certificate of the actual business place of the enterprise affiliated with the application address and check the original. The certificate can be:

If a foreign shareholder company submits its company registration certificate, it needs to have the embassy certification and translation, and its company registration certificate needs to be affixed with its official seals and the signatures of authorized signatories. 4. After the new version of the address-linked service is approved, log in to Qianhai Branch of Guangdong Online Service Hall and download the Residential Custody Service Agreement. Approval of the name of the industrial and commercial bureau: the name (font size) of the enterprise should be drawn up with two or more Chinese characters (including two characters). According to the new regulations, the same trade name cannot be registered with two characters, so it is necessary to draw up three to five font sizes first for alternative use.
Rent an office: the office must be used for business or office purposes, and the current regulations stipulate that residential purposes cannot be registered. When renting a house, a house lease contract should be signed and filed at the local housing center, and the original contract and a copy of the lessor's real estate license should be extracted. The name and address on the contract must be consistent with the real estate license.
Writing the Articles of Association: You can download the sample of the Articles of Association from the website of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, and just modify it. At the end of the Articles of Association, all shareholders need to sign it.
Online registration: Online registration of enterprises is carried out on the website of the Administration for Industry and Commerce, where all the information of company registration is registered, including: company name, registered capital, legal person, shareholders' contribution ratio, job assignment, registered address and other information.
Contract number and delivery: when you make an appointment to deliver the materials on the website of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, you should go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to deliver the materials according to the agreed time. The documents to be delivered include: investor's ID card, articles of association, resolution of shareholders' meeting, lease agreement, real estate license, application for registration of enterprise establishment, certificate of entrusted agent-copies of legal person's and shareholder's ID cards, copies of senior management's ID card, articles of association, real estate license, proof of residence, and application for registration of enterprise establishment.
Obtaining a business license: After the Administration for Industry and Commerce accepts it, it will take about 5 working days to obtain a business license.
Engraving: With the business license, go to the engraving company designated by the Public Security Bureau to engrave the official seal, corporate seal, financial seal, invoice seal and contract seal.
Report on national tax and local tax, bank account opening:/kloc-You must apply to the local national tax bureau for registration of national tax within 0/5 working days, and report the tax to the tax bureau on time every month, even if you don't need to pay taxes if you don't start business. Bank accounts can be opened at the nearest place according to needs. With the original and duplicate business license, corporate identity card, official seal, special financial seal and corporate seal, go to the bank to open a basic account.
Signing Tripartite Agreement: Tripartite Agreement between Party A, Party B and Party C is a tax payment agreement between tax authorities, banks and enterprises.
Opening an account for social security and provident fund: To go to the Social Security Bureau to register an account for social security, you need to bring the following materials: 1, tax registration certificate; 2. Legal person ID card; 3. A copy of the business license; 4. Bank account opening permit (original and photocopy of the above documents are required)
Official seal of the company: go to the provident fund management center and open an account for the provident fund.
