Pan 'an County belongs to Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, located in the middle of Zhejiang Province, bordering Dongyang, Xinchang, Xianju, Tiantai and other cities and counties. It belongs to the south wing economic zone of the Yangtze River Delta and the economic zone of the urban agglomeration in central Zhejiang. With a total area of 1 196 square kilometers, it governs 2 streets, 7 towns and 5 townships. Pan 'an County was founded in the bonfire of 1939 War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. 1958, the whole territory was merged into dongyang county.

Terrain:

There are more than 5,200 famous peaks, of which 63 are above 1 000m, and the Qingming Peak (Qingmeijian) with an altitude of 1 3 14m is the highest peak, enjoying the reputation of "the country with thousands of mountains".

The stratigraphic structure of China is dominated by fault structure, and the fold structure is undeveloped. The county seat is a pure mountain landform with low mountains as the main part. The mountains in the territory are centered on the peak of Dapan Mountain, and the trunk line extends from north to south.
