According to the invitation to participate in the competition and the feedback released by the contest, actively follow the service intention and work plan of all participants, and combine the specific conditions of social work stations in villages and towns in Dali, focus on reality, adjust measures to local conditions, and accurately promote the understanding of the proposal between the supply and demand sides, thus effectively improving the feasibility and operability of the proposal and laying a solid foundation for the rapid and scientific implementation of the proposal in the next step.

4. Call for proposals: July 1-20.

At the same time of releasing the contest, inviting contestants and linking supply and demand, the online proposal collection work will be carried out simultaneously to ensure that no less than 30 innovative proposals of "making suggestions, gathering strength and stimulating on-site construction strength" will be completed within 1 month.

5. Preliminary screening of proposals: July 26th.

Focusing on the feasibility, operability, sustainability and locality of the proposal, the proposal was screened according to the standard social work station construction standards and related requirements, and the shortlisted projects were publicized to the public.

6. Suggested consultation: August 1- 10

After the preliminary screening of proposals is completed, we will provide consulting and guidance services for the shortlisted projects mainly through online feedback, and provide corresponding proposal counseling from the aspects of project objectives, project members, project implementation plan and project budget. 7. Final review of the proposal: August 2009 19.
