2. Mobile Alipay payment
Open the homepage of Alipay APP, select "More → Convenient Life → Citizen Center → City Positioning to ‘xx'→ Social Security → Residents' Medical Insurance Payment" in turn, enter the ID number and name of the insured residents as required, confirm the payment period "2023", and click "Next" → confirm the ID number, name and payment amount.
Click "Next" after confirmation → reconfirm that all contents are correct (the payment item: basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in xx Province, and the competent tax authority: Taxation Bureau of xx District, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China), and click "Confirm Payment" to complete the payment.
After the payment is completed, you can query electronic certificate in the payment record (more → convenient life → citizen center → city positioning to "Wuwei" → social security → residents' medical insurance payment → check the payment record).
