Documents to be submitted for cancellation: (1) Application for cancellation of individual industrial and commercial households; (2) The original and photocopy of the business license of individual industrial and commercial households; (3) Other documents required by laws and administrative regulations. Where an agent is entrusted to apply for cancellation of registration, a power of attorney signed by the applicant and a copy of the agent's ID card (signed by me) or qualification certificate (signed by me) shall be submitted. Individual industrial and commercial households applying for cancellation of business license shall register with the administrative department for industry and commerce of the original place of registration or place of business.

Four, the administrative department for Industry and commerce for cancellation of registration does not charge any fees.
