According to the spirit of Nanyang's Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting the Long-term Mechanism for Supplementing Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Wan Zhengban [20 10] 122), according to the provincial standards for primary and secondary schools, combined with the actual situation of teachers in various schools (kindergartens) in our county, and with the consent of the county government, it is decided that our county will openly recruit teachers in 20 13 years. 20 teachers in ordinary senior high schools and vocational colleges (the scheme shall be determined separately). The following implementation plan is formulated for the recruitment of rural primary schools, special education, preschool teachers and 98-grade middle school teachers and students.

I. Guiding ideology

Under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, with the goal of building high-quality teachers and promoting graduates' employment, we will implement the Compulsory Education Law, deepen the reform of the education and personnel system, further optimize the structure of teachers, improve the quality of teachers and promote the healthy development of education.

Second, the recruitment principle

Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, competition, merit-based and having both ability and political integrity, and conduct recruitment through examination and assessment to ensure the quality of recruitment.

Iii. Recruitment positions, places and distribution destination

In 20 13, it is planned to openly recruit rural primary schools, special education and preschool teachers, and 98-grade secondary school teachers and students 150. The categories are as follows:

(2) Rural primary school and preschool teachers 125. Among them:

4. Fifty ordinary teachers are assigned to vacant posts in rural primary schools except Chengguan, Suburban Central School, Tangzhuang Central School and Qiaotou Central School.

5. There are 30 preschool teachers, who are assigned to vacant posts in rural primary schools except Chengguan and suburban central schools.

(III) Targeted recruitment of 98-grade unemployed middle school teachers and students in our county, and 20 students (special indicators of ordinary teachers) were recruited in 20 13 years, and assigned to vacant posts in four central schools: Dingzhuang, Zhuji, Tianzhuang and Xiawa.

Candidates can only choose one position to register. If the number of candidates and the recruitment position is less than 3:1,the number of recruitment positions will be reduced proportionally or the recruitment for this position will be cancelled.

IV. Recruitment Conditions and Scope

(1) Basic conditions

3. Students and village cadres who are under 30 years of age (1 born in July, 19831later), graduates of Grade 98 who have not been employed in normal schools, and who have served in villages under the jurisdiction of our county for more than two years before the registration deadline and meet the recruitment requirements of this scheme are not subject to age restrictions.

4. Teachers applying for rural primary schools and preschool education must be registered in Sheqi, and the household registration of teachers and students in Grade 98 in our county is subject to the household registration at the time of admission.

6. Other conditions that meet the requirements of the post.

(two) education, professional and teacher qualifications

1, special education teachers must have a full-time college degree or above, majoring in special education.

2. The conditions for rural primary school and preschool teachers to apply for the exam are: unemployed ordinary full-time graduates of junior college or above, full-time ordinary secondary and above teachers' majors, and secondary and above preschool teachers' graduates, and they also have corresponding teacher qualification certificates. Graduate students from full-time colleges and universities will no longer participate in written tests and interviews after being recognized by the personnel and education departments. Kindergarten teachers can apply for preschool education and music teacher positions, and non-kindergarten teachers can not apply for kindergarten teachers. Other college graduates with teacher qualification certificates can be reported to primary school teachers.

3. The graduates of Grade 98 normal school must be on the roster of 200 1 year normal school graduates stored by the Education and Sports Bureau of our county, and have corresponding teacher qualification certificates.

V. Recruitment Procedures and Methods and Steps

According to individual registration, qualification examination, written examination (basic quality and subject knowledge test), interview (professional ability evaluation), physical examination, political examination, publicity and other procedures.

(1) Information release: the positions, amount and conditions of this open recruitment of teachers are announced through the website of the Social Banner Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, TV stations and posting.

(II) Registration and preliminary qualification examination: Applicants must personally hold their graduation certificate (which needs to be verified online), employment registration certificate, teacher qualification certificate, original household registration book and second-generation ID card (the first-generation ID card must be issued by the police station where they are registered) and copies of each certificate, and go to the county human resources market from August 2 to August 8, 20 13 (north pole lamp north 100). The test contents are as follows:

Basic quality (about 20% of the total score): including pedagogy, psychology, teachers' professional ethics, educational policies and regulations, introduction to teaching methods, new curriculum ideas, etc.

Subject knowledge (accounting for about 80% of the total score of the paper): the knowledge of Chinese and mathematics in normal schools is given priority, and the knowledge of junior college and the basic knowledge of current junior and senior high school textbooks are given due consideration.

According to the relevant provisions of Yu ban (2008) 16, Yu ren she (2009) 175 and Yu ban (20 12)36, before the registration, the college student village cadres who have served in the villages under the jurisdiction of our county for more than two years and participated in the "three supports and one support" service have expired and passed the examination.

According to the written test results, the interviewer list is determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of the number of places to be hired in the discipline1:1.2.

The interview mainly examines the applicant's subject knowledge, teachers' basic quality, language expression ability, appearance and manners, etc. Participants must hold a written admission ticket and a second-generation ID card. Each candidate is selected according to the major, and a class is randomly selected to give lectures or lectures. The expert group will implement on-site grading and announce it on the spot.

The total test score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60% (the conversion standard is divided into two decimal places).

(5) Physical examination (time and place will be notified separately). (6) Political examination

The political examination shall be organized by the office of the leading group for public election, and those who violate laws and disciplines shall not be employed.

If the personal files are in the county or municipal education bureaus, the county education and sports bureau will be responsible for the file transfer, and the county talent exchange center will issue a file transfer letter for other personnel. (9) Employment and treatment. The selected personnel must report for duty within the specified time and sign the employment contract. The probation period for hiring staff to teach in urban areas is one year, and the probation period for teaching in rural primary schools is half a year.
