Property buyers can bring their ID cards, commercial housing sales contracts and full purchase invoices to the sales department. For residential areas and buildings, the developer will assist the buyers on the spot, log in to the "Henan Electronic Taxation Bureau APP" by mobile phone or log in to the Electronic Taxation Bureau through the developer for tax counseling, and the buyers will scan and pay the deed tax by mobile phone (mobile phone WeChat, China UnionPay Express, Alipay).
