These negative teaching materials, let us learn from them, let us realize from the bottom of our hearts that the basic condition of being a tax worker is to do a good job and do our best to serve the enterprises and individuals involved in the work. We should set an example, exercise our power correctly, always be honest and upright, and consciously and resolutely fight against all kinds of corruption. This is a serious subject and long-term task before us. The essence of corruption is the abuse of power. To establish a correct view of power is to keep in mind the party's purpose and make clear where power comes from, for whom, how and with what attitude. Personally, I think that to be honest in politics, we should do the following things well: First, strengthen the party's sense of purpose, correctly treat and use the power in our hands, and solve the problem of who to serve. China is a socialist country, where the people are the masters of the country and all power comes from the people. Party cadres exercise power on behalf of the people, no matter what jobs they are engaged in or what positions they hold. A few comrades are not clear about this. They think that power is not given by organizations and people, but earned by individuals, leaving the concern and cultivation of organizations behind. Comrades with this mentality naturally do not work from the interests of the broad masses of the people, nor do they fulfill their obligations and responsibilities to society. Instead, they regard power as a "magic wand" for self-interest and a symbol of "status" and "authority". They have inflated their selfish desires, abused their power, practiced favoritism and malpractice, bossed the masses around and seriously divorced from them. This is extremely wrong and dangerous. To solve the problem of power concept, of course, it is inseparable from the training, education, supervision and management of party organizations, but the key is to rely on our own subjective efforts. The most fundamental thing is to strengthen theoretical study and party spirit exercise, consciously arm our minds with Theory of Three Represents Theory, constantly improve our ideological realm and moral cultivation, and consciously achieve self-esteem, self-examination, self-vigilance and self-motivation. I know my job is hard-won. After more than ten years of study, I finally got a job today. There must be no problems with self-integrity. If something goes wrong, not only will my job be lost, but "everyone" will also be fragmented. Therefore, I must firmly build my own ideological defense line and lead an honest and clean life. The second is to strengthen self-discipline awareness, consciously accept supervision and criticism, and solve the problem of resisting corruption and preventing change. Losing the power of people's supervision will inevitably lead to corruption. The reason why a few comrades make mistakes is that they are not strict with themselves and have a weak sense of self-discipline. No matter how high their level and ability are, a person will have shortcomings and deficiencies. As the saying goes, "no one is perfect, no gold." If you don't have a clear understanding of this, be arrogant and don't listen to other people's criticisms, and your shortcomings and mistakes can't be corrected in time, small mistakes will make a big mistake. As tax cadres, the power in our hands is often the key target pursued and attacked by criminals. The greater the power in your hands, the more you should be vigilant, set an example, be honest and clean, be good at grasping yourself in the face of all kinds of corrosion and temptation, truly resist poverty, temptation and true colors, earnestly build an ideological defense line against corruption and change, and always maintain the vitality, high spirits and integrity of * * producers. Knowing my life direction, the job I am engaged in now is also my deep love and the pursuit I am willing to fight for all my life. I am writing my life with youth without any regrets. Only by doing your best can you leave no regrets in life. Therefore, we should not let the word "greed" cover our heads and ruin the ideal of life on those unworthy material pursuits. Third, strengthen your own value orientation. Money is a good thing, but you must earn it by your own efforts, not by job responsibilities and work convenience. I don't think anyone in the world is a fool who gives you money for nothing, so you must be a fool if you take the money illegally. So don't let limited value ruin your infinite value. I hope I can live my life with peace of mind. Being down to earth, poverty and wealth are not important. The important thing is to make my parents and family feel at ease and comfortable, so that my life track will not be scratched, and I will really devote my life to the cause I love. The greatest enemy in life is yourself. Facts have proved that no one is born corrupt. Corruption has a process from small to large, from light to heavy, and gradually goes to the abyss. The root cause is the problem of values. For party member cadres, we should prevent muddling through, pay attention to details and establish correct values, so as to convince the masses. Fourth, strengthen the consciousness of consciously accepting supervision. Many comrades have had similar experiences of corruption: at the beginning, they were cautious, and the string of resisting corruption and preventing change was very tight, but after a long time, in the face of corruption and corrosion, their vigilance and sensitivity gradually decreased, and their discrimination and sensitivity gradually decreased. Therefore, we should first strengthen theoretical study and arm ourselves ideologically. Secondly, strengthen education, often organize to watch some educational films, and get warnings from them, so that I can always be self-disciplined and strictly observe the spiritual defense. Finally, strengthen supervision and consciously accept the supervision of superiors and comrades.
