When I renewed my broadband subscription in mid-August, I was told that the old package was no longer available. You can only apply for the e129 package. During the process, China Telecom forced you to apply for an additional card, saying that there would be no function fee. Unlimited Internet access is free.
I checked the September bill in October, and suddenly found that an extra 70 yuan was deducted. The Internet charge was 60 yuan/month and the supplementary card fee (the problem was that the supplementary card was useless). I called the number 10000 and said that it was for the Internet. 60 yuan, which will be returned at the beginning and end of 40 and 20 months, which is equivalent to one in and one out, and does not involve the principal payment of network fees. The problem is that when handling the business, the staff did not say that you have to pay first and then return the Internet. This is the first thing; you can deduct it and get it back, but you will deduct 60 yuan and get 40 yuan back, and you have to pay 20 yuan out of your own pocket. During the National Day, I negotiated with No. 10000 and the business office, and the answer was that the 20 owed in September should be paid at the end of October and the 20 that was not returned in October.
On November 4, I checked the October bill and found that not only had it not been refunded, but the phone bill had been overcharged. I went to the Demin Business Hall earlier than 9 o'clock to check the refund details, and found that I was not the only one who was charged illegally. There were three people in front of me asking about the illegal charges. The supplementary card with the most deductions had 21 charging services privately opened, so the business The staff at the office were also confused. After waiting for more than 2 hours, they could only confirm that they had been overcharged (Telecom did not refund the phone bill), but they could not compensate for the difference. I inquired about the problem that was reported last month and was promised to be returned but was not. The staff repeated the steps of the above three people and asked me to leave a phone number and wait for a reply. This is equivalent to waiting for more than a month and returning to the original point without any practical solution.
Such unclear deductions are really annoying.
Everyone should also check their bills. I believe this is definitely not an isolated phenomenon.
Thanks for the reminder, I will check it out when I get back.
