The standard stipulates the quality, variety, specifications, technical requirements and sensory requirements of noodles, and divides noodle restaurants into four grades according to their materials, management, technology, service, safety and hygiene and environmental protection.
On July 1 day, 2065438, the Interim Measures for the Administration of the Use of Beef Noodles Trademarks in Lanzhou City formulated by Lanzhou Commercial Federation came into effect. This means that all enterprises and individuals who meet the conditions for the use of the registered trademark of "Lanzhou Beef Noodles" can use the trademark for free.
For the application for trademark use of Lanzhou beef noodles submitted by enterprises or individuals, Lanzhou Commercial Federation will complete the field investigation of the applicant's business premises and conditions within 20 working days from the date of receiving the application, and put forward written examination opinions. For the application that meets the requirements of trademark use, both parties will sign the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Trademark License Contract, and the applicant will obtain the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Merchant Specification License and the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Trademark Logo Sample.
The registered trademark of "Lanzhou Beef Noodles" can be used in two different ways according to different regions. That is to say, all catering enterprises or individuals that have operated or intend to operate Lanzhou beef noodles, as well as enterprises or individuals that produce and operate Lanzhou beef noodles-related products, apply for the trademark of Lanzhou beef noodles within the administrative division of Lanzhou, and the chain enterprises are uniformly declared by the head office or company, with one store and one license. And outside the administrative division of Lanzhou, it is licensed by exclusive or competitive bidding.
The "Interim Measures" stipulates that the application for Lanzhou beef noodle trademark shall meet the following conditions:
(1) It has the business license, tax registration certificate, catering service license, employee health certificate and other relevant certificates registered according to law;
(2) The business area should be more than 80 square meters, or the production and processing area should be more than 500 square meters, which meets the third-class standard of Lanzhou Beef Noodle Restaurant (Store);
(3) During the three years before applying for the trademark of Lanzhou Beef Noodles, there was no bad record of being punished by the relevant law enforcement departments; Follow the Lanzhou beef noodle standard.
On March 26th, 20 12, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Gansu Province officially approved the "Assessment Standard for Special Professional Ability of Lanzhou Beef Lamian Noodles Production" drafted and declared by Gansu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and started the assessment and appraisal work in an all-round way.
This is the first national professional competence assessment standard approved by Gansu Province, which indicates that Lamian Noodles production of Lanzhou beef has become one of the existing 133 special occupations in China, and has won an unprecedented historical opportunity for the development of Lanzhou beef Lamian Noodles brand.
