As mentioned in the profile of Okubo Changan, Okubo Changan is also known as Fujihei. He was a samurai in the Warring States period and Edo period in Japan, and his merits and demerits coexisted. So what is the story of Okubo Chang 'an?

Okubo Chang 'an, the happy son of Saruga Kush Jin Chun air billow, was influenced by his father to learn ape music and master this art since childhood, and later became an official in Takeda Shingen, which was deeply appreciated by his father. Participated in mining, civil engineering and land inspection in Jiafei. Ten years after Takeda's family was destroyed, Chang 'an took refuge in Hejun and met Tokugawa Minister Okubo, a loyal neighbor. Because he loved music, he left Chang 'an with him and married his daughter, so Chang 'an changed his surname to Okubo, commonly known as Shi Bingwei.

Later, from the eighteenth year of Tianzheng to the eleventh year of Evergreen, Chang 'an was entrusted with an important task because of its outstanding political talent, and proved himself with excellent results. Therefore, he was successively promoted by the rulers at that time and was given the territory of 30 thousand stones by Konka. Chang 'an's official career also reached its peak here.

In the eighteenth year of Qing Dynasty, Chang 'an died of illness at the age of sixty-nine.

However, the fate of Chang 'an did not end with his death. Shortly after his death, he was found by the shogunate to be guilty of embezzling huge sums of money, having proper relationship with North Korea, ignoring the law and spreading Catholicism. He committed a heinous crime. So the seven descendants of Chang 'an were accused of caesarean section, and the bodies were dug up and beheaded. At the same time, the fief was closed, and all the people involved were implicated and changed by the shogunate. This was the "Okubo Chang 'an Incident" that caused an uproar in Japan at that time.
