On June 6th, 20201month/kloc-0, at the invitation of Xiamen Lujiang Community Service Center, Li Liupeng, a doctor and psychological counselor, gave adolescent physical and mental health education to more than 300 middle school students in Grade Two in Xiamen No.6 Middle School on the same afternoon 16: 40—17: 50. The purpose is to popularize adolescent-related knowledge such as physiological common sense, psychological common sense, sex education, AIDS, adolescent emotional management, positive quality cultivation, and heterosexual classmates' relationship and communication for male students who are full of passion in adolescence. It is also a meaningful and valuable thing to convey it to the students in an easy-to-understand and grounded discussion and interaction form.

? During the lecture, the enthusiasm of the students came and went. When challenging "How many times can you clap in 60 seconds?" At first, I answered "45 times, 60 times, 100 times, 150 times, 200 times ...", and when I watched the students clap fiercely, I was still clapping hard at the end of the sprint 10 seconds. As a result, I can imagine that the students also refreshed their cognition. When I say "the highest quality?" When the students answered "Quiet" in unison, the classroom discipline can be quickly recovered and the students on the stage can share. These positive, enthusiastic and positive qualities are the most shining among the adolescent students.

During the lecture, from the concept of adolescence, adolescent height and weight changes, adolescent sex education, the contradiction of adolescent psychological development, adolescent emotional management and mental health care, positive psychological quality cultivation, heterosexual communication, etc., I shared my adolescent knowledge with my classmates, but also let me experience the feeling of middle school.

In the process of cultivating positive psychological quality, I led the students to experience the psychological technology of "polishing their own golden signboard". After thinking about "24 positive psychological qualities" for 3 minutes, I screened out the three most appropriate positive qualities, and then shared the stories behind the selected positive qualities with everyone on the podium. The students raised their hands to share, from which I could feel the inner innocence, vitality, sense of justice and team sense of adolescent students. Due to time constraints, only five students were invited to share on stage, which in itself showed that students were good at discovering and willing to share their positive psychological qualities.

Later, students were invited to the stage to share their thoughts on how to deal with the relationship between heterosexual students, and four suggestions for dealing with the relationship between heterosexual students during adolescence were shared: natural communication, moderate communication, truthfulness and frankness, and leaving room.

Finally, I also sent a message of youth to adolescent students: the scenery is on the road, growing in the process, and changing unconsciously!
