Liu Wei, male, born in March of197/kloc-0, Zhejiang, Han nationality, joined the work in July of 1994, joined the China * * * production party in July of 2006, with a bachelor's degree in urban planning from Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping, and obtained a master's degree in urban planning from South China University of Technology in March of 2004. He is currently the deputy director of Zengcheng Urban and Rural Planning Bureau.

1994 graduated from Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping with a bachelor's degree in urban planning, and obtained a master's degree in urban planning from South China University of Technology in March 2004.
