What is TPU composite?
TPU: The name is thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber (which is a polymer material formed by reacting diisocyanate molecules such as diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI) with macromolecular polyol and low molecular polyol (chain extender) * * *), which is referred to as polyurethane for short. It has excellent performance and can be softened at a certain temperature, but can remain unchanged at room temperature. Where PVC and PU can be used, TPU can be used, which can be said to be the most ideal material to replace PVC and PU. It is called green environmental protection material internationally.

Wide hardness range: products with different hardness can be obtained by changing the proportion of TPU reaction components, and with the increase of hardness, their products still maintain good elasticity and wear resistance.

High mechanical strength: TPU products have outstanding bearing capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption.

Outstanding cold resistance: the glass transition temperature of TPU is relatively low, and it still maintains good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties at MINUS 35 degrees.

Good processability: TPU can be processed by common processing methods of thermoplastic materials, such as injection molding, extrusion, calendering and so on. At the same time, TPU and some polymer materials can be processed together to obtain polymer alloys with complementary properties.

Performance summary ..... It has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, aging resistance and weather resistance that other plastic materials can't match. At the same time, it has many excellent functions such as high water resistance, moisture permeability, wind resistance, cold resistance, antibacterial, mildew resistance, warmth retention, ultraviolet resistance and energy release.
