Article 6 Persons with disabilities are exempt from registration fees for medical treatment, and medical treatment and medicine taking are preferred. Ordinary senior high schools, technical schools, secondary schools and schools above secondary level must recruit disabled candidates who meet the admission standards stipulated by the state, and may not refuse admission because of their disabilities. All units should make disabled workers enjoy the same treatment as able-bodied people in the aspects of regularization, promotion, professional title evaluation, labor wages, welfare benefits and labor security, and shall not discriminate.
