Article 6 Persons with disabilities are exempt from registration fees for medical treatment, and medical treatment and medicine taking are preferred. Belong to the rehabilitation object, during the rehabilitation period, the operation fee and hospitalization fee will be reduced by10%, and if life is really difficult and unable to pay, the unit or the village (neighborhood) committee will give subsidies to take care of it. Seventh disabled children and adolescents who have the ability to receive general education must be enrolled in schools and nine-year compulsory education should be implemented. Ordinary senior high schools, technical schools, secondary schools and schools above secondary level must recruit disabled candidates who meet the admission standards stipulated by the state, and may not refuse admission because of their disabilities. Eighth deaf children who meet the four-level standard shall be accepted by ordinary primary schools.

Article 14 The unit where disabled employees work shall, according to the degree of disability of disabled employees, formulate appropriate labor quotas and provide them with necessary and appropriate working conditions and labor protection.

All units should make disabled workers enjoy the same treatment as able-bodied people in the aspects of regularization, promotion, professional title evaluation, labor wages, welfare benefits and labor security, and shall not discriminate.

When the enterprise is shut down and transferred, the relevant departments should properly arrange the life of disabled employees, and give priority to re-employment. Fifteenth to meet the minimum living standard of residents in our city and the disabled should be rescued according to the regulations; Disabled people in rural areas enjoy relevant preferential treatment and care for the needy.

For disabled people who have no ability to work, can't support and support people, and have no financial resources, the civil affairs department will give them a regular living allowance, giving priority to the implementation of the "five guarantees" or sending them to nursing homes, and their age can be appropriately relaxed. On the National Day for Helping the Disabled (the third Sunday in May every year) and the International Day for the Disabled (the third day in December every year), on the International Day for the Deaf (the fourth Sunday in September every year), and on the International Day for the Blind (the fifteenth day of October every year), all parks in the city are free of tickets for the disabled who visit the park. Eighteenth units with relatively concentrated disabled people should often organize cultural and sports activities suitable for the characteristics of disabled people.
