The professional test is conducted in the form of a unified structured interview, which mainly tests the basic literacy, coordination, language expression ability, comprehensive quality, etc. of the candidates. The full score of the professional test is calculated as 100 points.
Determination of professional testers: According to the number of recruitment plans, among those who have passed the written test for the same position and have passed the qualification review, they will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 from high scores to low scores in the written test. If the number is less than the prescribed proportion, it will be determined based on the actual number of people. If the number of people actually participating in the professional test is less than or equal to the number of job recruitment plans, the minimum score line for the professional test is set in advance at 65 points. Candidates whose professional test score does not reach 65 points will not be allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection.
Total score: Calculated based on the combined written test scores and professional test scores. The written test accounts for 50% and the professional test accounts for 50%. Two decimal places are retained and the third decimal place is rounded (calculation formula: total score = Written test score 0.5 + professional test score 0.5).
Physical examinations and inspections are organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with relevant departments.
