(3) The original and photocopy of the customs declaration form for imported goods.

2. Processing cycle

The production enterprise shall formally declare the single form and the imported materials and components for the feed processing business on 1- 15 (postponed on holidays) every month.

(2) Handling procedures

After accepting the application materials of the enterprise, the tax sub-bureau shall conduct preliminary examination, review and approval, and return the tax exemption certificate of the import processing trade of the production enterprise and the customs declaration form of the imported materials and parts of the production enterprise to the enterprise after approval.
