Jinhua Rural Dangerous House Renovation Subsidy Standard
Legal subjectivity:

The compensation standard for the demolition of dangerous houses in rural areas depends on the specific local conditions and is formulated by the local government. The Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on Doing a Good Job in the Renovation of Rural Dangerous Buildings in 20 15 years stipulates that the central subsidy standard for the renovation of rural dangerous buildings in 20 15 years is 7,500 yuan on average, and on this basis, the subsidy for each household in poverty-stricken areas will be increased by 1000 yuan, and the subsidy for each household of building energy-saving demonstration households will be increased by 2,500 yuan. Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) should reasonably determine the provincial-level classified subsidy standards in different regions, different types and grades according to different situations such as transformation methods, construction standards, cost requirements and self-financing ability of subsidy objects. It is necessary to give full consideration to the possible increase in the cost of earthquake-resistant renovation of rural houses in areas with high earthquake intensity, and earnestly implement the preferential care for poor farmers in areas with high earthquake intensity. The resettlement subsidy standard for each agricultural population in need of resettlement is four to six times the average annual output value of the cultivated land in the three years before it is expropriated. However, the resettlement subsidy for each hectare of cultivated land to be expropriated shall not exceed 15 times the average annual output value of the three years before expropriation.
