4. Unemployed Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who live in Jiaojiang District and apply for residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents.

Tips:

1 For urban and rural residents in Jiaojiang District, the "household" is the unit, and the whole household is insured. The whole household is subject to all registered personnel in the household registration book. Among them, those who have participated in employee medical insurance and basic medical insurance in different places before the payment deadline, who have been divorced but have not moved out of their accounts, are serving their sentences, and are in active service can be excluded. The rest of the household registration books must be insured to ensure that the insured payers can enjoy the urban and rural medical insurance benefits in 2023.

2. Newly insured persons

Those who did not participate in urban and rural medical insurance in Jiaojiang District in 2022 (excluding students with non-Taizhou household registration), those who participated in Jiaojiang urban and rural medical insurance in 2022 but did not pay the fee, or those who had been interrupted by Jiaojiang urban and rural medical insurance in 2022, must go to the town where the household registration is located, the street convenience center or the designated outlets of Jiaojiang Rural Commercial Bank to handle the new registration.

Application materials for insurance: original household registration book, original ID card (not needed by minors), original marriage certificate (only needed by people who are not registered in Taizhou), mainland residence permit of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (only needed by people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), and insurance certificate for medical insurance in different places (only needed by people from different places in the same household).

2. Bank withholding (not applicable to students who are not registered in Taizhou)

The insured signed a payment agreement with the bank corresponding to the social security citizen card bank account, and entrusted the bank to withhold the medical insurance for urban and rural residents in the citizen card bank account.

Tips:

1 Those who have signed a payment agreement in the past and successfully deducted money from their bank account do not need to re-sign.

2 Parents who need to sign a contract with the bank to withhold the premium must first sign a medical insurance fee withholding agreement with the bank corresponding to the citizen card, otherwise they will not be able to pay the premium successfully. I need to bring my ID card and citizen card when signing the agreement; If you sign a withholding agreement for minors, you need to bring your ID card, residence booklet for minors and citizen card for minors. In addition, mobile phone Alipay, WeChat terminal and electronic tax bureau can sign the withholding agreement online.

3. If the new insured persons who move in outside the third district need to withhold the premium from the bank, they need to re-make the card and sign the contract.

For those who are no longer insured, please cancel the contract with the withholding bank or handle the interruption of insurance in time to avoid the accidental deduction of premium.

Please make sure that the balance of the withholding account of the citizen card bank is sufficient after confirming the insurance registration, and don't be wrongly deducted by water, electricity and gas fees, which will lead to the unsuccessful payment of medical insurance.

6 Those who have broken their bank accounts and are too old to sign up for payment can pay in cash at the outlets of Jiaojiang Rural Commercial Bank before February 20, 2022/KLOC-0, or their relatives and friends can pay the premium through Alipay App.
