First, the object of payment

Second, the payment standard

According to the Notice of Shiyan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Shiyan Municipal Taxation Bureau of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China on Doing a Good Job in the Payment of Medical Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents in 20 19 (Shirenshefa [2018] No.53), the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in 20 19, and the individual payment standard is 220 yuan per person per year.

Third, the time limit for payment.

In 20 19, the individual payment time of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents is from 20 1 September 81February 3 1 8, and the payment time of special personnel such as migrant workers can be extended to February 2819.

Fourth, the mode of payment

(1) village group collection. All the residents in the county are mainly collected by village groups, and the villagers handle the registration and payment of individual residents' insurance in the village as a unit (the villages and communities report the medical insurance premiums collected weekly to the outlets of rural commercial banks in their towns, and the villages (communities) and agricultural and forestry system units belonging to Chengguan Town go to the business department of rural commercial banks to pay the fees). Residents of Xiguan and Dong Jiao communities in Chengguan Town, with their social security cards, ID cards and household registration books, apply for individual contributions of residents in their communities on a family basis; Insured residents belonging to happy communities and Gulou communities can apply for payment at Chengxi Sub-branch of rural commercial bank with social security card, ID card, household registration book or the Notice of Payment of Basic Medical Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents issued at the time of insurance registration, or directly apply for payment at the tax hall of the Inland Revenue Department with social security card, ID card and household registration book.

Middle schools, primary schools directly under the Education Bureau (including two complete primary schools and three complete primary schools in Chengguan Town Central School), kindergarten (institute) students and children are responsible for insurance payment by schools (parks, institutes). * * * Other township schools (parks, colleges) pay fees in the village on a family basis.
