1999 graduated from College of Mechanical Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing with a master's degree;
In 2004, he graduated from the School of Information Science and Engineering of Donghua University with a doctorate.
From 2006 to 2008, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Business Administration of South China University of Technology, and as a visiting scholar in Australian National University from July to1February, 2006.
1991~1996 as an engineer in the automation department of Jinan iron and steel group corporation;
1999 ~ 2001year as a senior engineer in the technical center of Jinan iron and steel group corporation;
In 2004, he was transferred to Shandong University of Economics. In 2008, he was promoted to full professor. He was the leader of key positions in Shandong University of Economics. In 2009, he was named as an advanced individual in discipline construction in Shandong University of Economics.
