He has worked in Sinochem Group for more than 20 years, and has served as deputy general manager of Sinochem Plastic Company, director of the first export department, president of Sinochem Japan Company, general manager of enterprise management department of the group company and assistant to the president of the group company. He has worked and studied in Japan for 13 years. He has a good knowledge of Japanese economy and finance and has rich experience in business management. At present, he is in charge of the strategic planning of the group company, as well as the related work of overseas enterprises and offices directly managed by overseas groups and group companies and Yishengyuan International Conference Center, and concurrently serves as the director of the strategic planning committee of the group company and the chairman of Fangxing Real Estate (China) Co., Ltd.

In July, 20001,he became the vice president of Sinochem Group.

1 August 1987 to1month 2000, worked in China Hardware and Mineral Import and Export Corporation, and worked in Kuwait, Britain and Brazil for a long time. He served as deputy general manager of Minmetals Trading Co., Ltd., vice president and president of South American Minmetals Co., Ltd., and deputy general manager of Beijing Economic and Technological Investment Development Zone Corporation. He has rich experience in the field of international trade and has a deep understanding of the operation and development of international trade and capital markets. At present, he is in charge of the Petroleum Center of Sinochem Group and concurrently serves as the director of the Petroleum Center.

Vice President Zhang Zhiyin

In 20041February, he became the vice president of Sinochem Group.

Previously, I worked in the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, the Lanzhou Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government of Gansu Province, and successively served as the Secretary of the Secretariat Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, the Deputy Secretary of the Lanzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC Central Committee, and the mayor of Lanzhou City. I have rich experience in administrative management and economic work. At present, he is in charge of administrative affairs, information technology, health, safety and environmental protection, China Seed Group Company and other related work, and concurrently serves as the director of the Health, Safety and Environmental Protection Committee of the Group Company.

In September 2007, he became the vice president of Sinochem Group.

Have a solid theoretical foundation of chemical engineering specialty and rich experience in scientific research management and enterprise management, and fully understand and master the present situation and future development trend of fine chemical research and development and industry. At present, he is in charge of the scientific and technological management of the group company and concurrently serves as the president of Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute.

In 20001February, he became the chief accountant of Sinochem Group.

He has worked in Sinochem Group for more than 10 years, and has served as the copy minister of the accounting department of the company, the vice president of China United Petrochemical Company, the general manager of the finance department of Sinochem Group and the deputy chief accountant. He has rich experience in financial management, and has unique insights and practices in the fields of international financing, capital operation and enterprise risk control. At present, he is in charge of fund management, accounting management, analysis and evaluation, financial integration, risk management, insurance, Sinochem Finance Company, European Capital Company and Shiying (Xiamen) Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and concurrently serves as the director of the Budget and Evaluation Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Group Company, and is responsible for the financial affairs of the Group Company in Hong Kong and the related work of Zhonghong Insurance Company.
