Settlement process:

1. If the resident is a newborn, the process is application, review and registration. And generally need to be handled within one month after delivery;

2. If the settled person is a household registration transfer person, the process is as follows: applying for settlement permit, moving out of household registration, applying for settlement registration, etc. Materials required for settlement:

(1) Original and photocopy of my ID card;

(2) The original and photocopy of my household registration book;

(3) If it is a job transfer, the new company needs to issue a work certificate or a new labor contract; If it is a marriage migration, you need to bring a marriage certificate and a real estate license.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move into the urban area from Danli Village in Nongjiao must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
