According to the Announcement on Selecting and Transferring Outstanding University Graduates in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2022 and the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (No.65 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2012]), the relevant matters concerning the physical examination of outstanding university graduates in Nanning in 2022 are hereby announced as follows.
I. List of medical examiners
According to the ratio of the number of people who plan to be employed in the position to the physical examination candidates 1: 1, according to the order from high score to low score of the comprehensive score of applicants in the same position [comprehensive score = total written test score ×40%+ interview score × 60%] (when the comprehensive score is the same, the candidate with high interview score shall be selected; When the comprehensive scores and interview scores are the same, the candidates will be those with high scores in the administrative professional ability test), and 55 people will be selected for the physical examination of outstanding university graduates in our city in 2022 (see annex 1 for the list).
Candidates who are short-listed for medical examination should carefully read the Instructions for Recruiting Medical Examination Candidates in Selected Graduates (see Annex 2), hold their ID cards and recent bareheaded color photos of 1 Zhang on the day of medical examination, and arrive at the centralized place on time for medical examination. Cooperate with identity verification, pay medical examination fees, etc., and check that the Covid-19 nucleic acid test results are negative, the "Guangxi Health Code" is green, and the "Communication Big Data Travel Card" is green within 48 hours before the medical examination, and the body temperature is normal on site (and the operating manual for civil servant recruitment medical examination (for Trial Implementation) >; Notice of relevant contents (No.2016140 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and other regulations.
If the heart rate, vision, hearing, blood pressure and other items in the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) fail to meet the standard of physical examination, inform the candidates on the spot and arrange a re-examination on the same day; If the items such as borderline heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur and frequent premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) fail to meet the standard of physical examination, the candidates will be informed on the spot and re-examined on the spot.
The re-inspection on the same day and on the spot can only be carried out 1 time, and the items that still fail to meet the physical examination standard will not be re-inspected. Candidates who are in doubt about the conclusion of physical examination items that are not re-examined on the same day or on the spot may submit a written application for re-examination to our department within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of physical examination conclusion. Re-examination can only be conducted 1 time for items whose re-examination contents have an impact on the physical examination conclusion, and the physical examination conclusion shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. In addition to the re-inspection items on the same day and on the spot, the re-inspection items must be kept strictly confidential.
Candidates who fail to complete the medical examination items as required within the specified time shall be deemed to have automatically waived their medical examination qualifications.
Fourth, the medical examination candidates are replenished.
Those who give up in the physical examination stage or fail to pass the physical examination will be replenished from the applicants who have passed the interview for the same position in the order of high score to low score.
Five, the epidemic prevention and control information filing
1. Two days before the physical examination, candidates should APPly for "Guangxi Health Code" through the "Zhiguitong" WeChat applet or the "Love Guangxi" mobile app, and update the status of "Guangxi Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" in time. Candidates who participate in physical examination across provinces, districts and cities must abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in the place where they live, and report to the local community. Candidates who are short-listed for physical examination must not leave before the physical examination, do not get together, do not gather, do not get together, and do not go to crowded places.
(2) Candidates must go to the testing service for Covid-19 nucleic acid testing two days before the physical examination (August 4th and August 5th), and upload my "Covid-19 nucleic acid testing negative report within 48 hours before the physical examination (subject to the sampling time)" on the filing system before 6:00 on August 6th.
If you don't report according to the above requirements, you must conduct on-site reconciliation and evaluation of epidemic prevention and control information flow when you enter the test center, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
VI. Others
(a) the expenses incurred by the medical examination shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
(2) Candidates who intentionally conceal diseases or medical histories that affect employment during the medical examination shall be rejected; Those who collude with the medical examination staff to cheat or ask others to replace the medical examination and exchange or replace the test samples will have invalid medical examination results, and will be severely dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the civil service recruitment examination.
(three) after the release of this announcement, candidates who give up the qualification of physical examination and inspection shall be recorded in the integrity file of civil service employment.
