Go to your local tax office with the original high-tech enterprise qualification certificate, tax registration certificate and official seal, and fill out the "Tax Registered Account Transfer Notice" in triplicate. Stamp the official seal, contact person and contact number. Please wait 7 days for the administrator to notify you.
