1. Log in to the electronic tax bureau, select the comprehensive information report, and click Change Tax Registration.

2. Select the Investor Information tab, and then click Add to add new shareholder information. If you need to change the original shareholder information, you need to delete the original record before adding it.

3. Click Next after review, upload the attachment information according to the system prompt, and click Finish. After the system is approved, you can sign the Notice of Tax Matters. In this way, the electronic tax bureau has completed the shareholder change without a receipt.
