Merchants for filing
Merchants need to submit relevant qualifications to the customs to carry out bonded area business. Qualification certificates include, but are not limited to, the following (the information required by each customs may be different):
tax registration certificate of domestic registered company
corporate identity card of domestic registered company
organization code certificate of domestic registered company
business license of domestic registered company
authorization letter of authorized store of domestic company
business license of foreign company
authorization certificate of foreign company authorizing domestic company, Letter of guarantee

Goods declaration
Submit the declaration of inbound goods, and the overseas goods can only enter the domestic bonded warehouse after being examined and approved by the customs. The information to be submitted must be true and accurate, including but not limited to:
Product name, country, attribute, weight, brand, rule model, manufacturer name, etc.
Goods arrival in Hong Kong, Inspection by the State Inspection and Commodity Inspection
Wait for the inspection by the State Inspection and Commodity Inspection Department on the goods arriving in Hong Kong. After the inspection is approved, the goods can enter the bonded warehouse
for tally, and the warehouse staff
put the goods on the shelves, check the commodity information and inventory
associate the bonded goods
to distinguish them from ordinary goods. There are two kinds of marking methods:
marking instructions for rookie bonded warehouse
marking instructions for electronic port bonded warehouse
selling bonded goods, and shipping from warehouse
After the goods are marked with the bonded goods logo, they can be officially sold, and the generated orders will be shipped from bonded warehouse.
