Candidates who have successfully registered and passed the examination should log on to the registration website to download and print the admission ticket themselves.
(4) Preliminary qualification examination
After the applicant completes the registration, the Municipal Education Bureau is responsible for the preliminary qualification examination. Candidates can log on to the registration website of Fujian Education Examinations Institute within one working day after registration, and inquire about the preliminary examination results of their qualifications and the audit results of their registration complaints.
(5) Matters needing attention
1. Applicants should register in strict accordance with the qualification requirements of the recruitment position, and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information and related materials submitted online.

5. 3. Written test subjects
(1) examination outline. This examination is based on the Outline of Open Recruitment Written Examination for New Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens in Fujian Province in 2022. Candidates can check the website of Fujian Education Department (/) and Fujian Education Examinations Institute (/).
(2) The written test subjects, contents and score calculation methods shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of Min Jiao [2010] No.7. The written test is divided into two parts: the comprehensive education knowledge test and the professional knowledge test.
Step 4 add points to the written test
According to the relevant regulations of provinces and cities, if the personnel who meet the requirements of extra points apply for the municipal institutions, the scores of the public * * * subjects will be extra points according to the regulations. After the written examination, the Municipal Education Bureau will go through the extra points procedures for applicants who meet the preferential policies for recruiting written examinations for public institutions. Applicants who enjoy the bonus policy should submit the original and photocopy of relevant valid documents to the Personnel Department of Sanming Education Bureau for confirmation within three days after the written test (normal working hours). If they fail to do so, they will be deemed to have given up the bonus qualification automatically. The above points can be accumulated, but shall not exceed 10; The bonus points are not limited by the full mark of written test, and college graduates, retired soldiers and retired athletes who have been recorded (employed) as service grassroots projects for staff in government agencies and institutions by enjoying various bonus points policies will no longer enjoy bonus points.
This exam does not specify a book for exam counseling, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to organize a written counseling training class.
(2) Interview
1. Determination of interview candidates. According to the spirit of "Notice on Further Improving the Supplementary Work of Kindergarten Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Fujian Province" (No.3 [2022] of Fujian Education Department, Office of Organizational Establishment Committee of Fujian Provincial Committee, Fujian Provincial Department of Finance and Fujian Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security), the interview was organized by Sanming Education Bureau. Candidates who enter the interview are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the planned number of recruitment positions (in which "Primary English" positions are the sum of the planned recruitment numbers of each specific school) to the number of interviewees 1:3. If the final written test scores of the interviewees are tied, all the tied candidates are interviewees. The vacancy of abstention interview will be filled according to the written test scores from high score to low score. If the ratio of the number of candidates to the actual number of interviewers does not reach1:3, the interviewers shall be determined according to the actual number. The interview plan and interviewers will be publicized on the website of Sanming Education Bureau in time. The qualified line of the interview is 70 points, and the interview score must reach 70 points or above before entering the medical examination and inspection.
2. Review the qualifications of interview candidates. The Municipal Education Bureau will review the qualifications of the interview candidates. The qualification review mainly verifies whether the candidates meet the prescribed application conditions, confirms whether the information and materials submitted at the time of registration are true and accurate, and issues an Interview Notice to those who pass the qualification review. The final confirmation of candidates' qualifications is subject to review. (The time for qualification review will be notified separately)
If the interviewer's qualification review is unqualified or abstained, the written test scores will be replenished in equal amount in the order from high to low, and the replenishment work will be completed within the interview qualification review period.
3. Interview content
(1) fragment teaching test. All interviewees should take the fragment teaching test. The full score of the fragment teaching test is 100.
(2) professional skills test. Those who apply for the post of teacher in preschool education should take the professional skills test, and the full score of the professional skills test is 100.
(3) When applying for the post of teacher of preschool education, the score of the fragment teaching test accounts for 50% of the interview score, and the score of the professional skill test accounts for 50% of the interview score.
(3) Calculation of total test scores
1. The total test score is calculated according to the proportion of written test score (converted into 100 scale) and interview score (100 scale) accounting for 40% and 60% respectively, and the score is rounded to two decimal places.
2. Same score judgment: If the total scores of two or more candidates are the same, the candidates will be ranked according to the written test scores; If the written test and interview results are the same, they will be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval before another interview, and the candidates will be ranked according to the interview results of the additional test.
V. Physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment
(1) Physical examination
1. Physical examination objects are determined according to the total score from high to low, and the proportion of the number of people to be recruited for the position is1:1.
2. Physical examination shall be organized by the competent education department. Those who participate in the medical examination must bring their ID cards, admission tickets and other documents, and attend the medical examination on time. Those who fail to attend the medical examination on time are deemed to have given up their medical examination qualifications. Participants in the physical examination must complete all physical examination items within the time specified by the competent education department, and the items that have not been examined are regarded as unqualified. If a female applicant needs to apply for an extension of medical examination due to pregnancy, she must provide a medical certificate of pregnancy and agree with the competent education department on the time limit for delaying medical examination.
3. Physical examination standard. The physical examination standards and items shall be implemented according to the Physical Examination Standards and Measures for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Fujian Province (revised in 20 18). The medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Candidates who have doubts about the medical examination results may submit a written re-examination within 7 days of learning the medical examination conclusion, and the re-examination can only be conducted once, subject to the re-examination results; Applicants who practise fraud or conceal the real situation in the physical examination shall not be employed or disqualified.
4. Absence of medical examination and unqualified medical examination will disqualify employment. The places vacant by the absence of medical examination and unqualified medical examination shall be filled in order according to the ranking order of the total test scores.
(2) Assessment
After the results of the physical examination are announced, Sanming Education Bureau will organize personnel to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the candidates who have passed the interview and physical examination, and the candidates should provide relevant political examination materials in a timely manner within the specified time. Candidates who fail to cooperate with our bureau to complete the assessment within the specified time without special reasons shall be deemed to have automatically waived their assessment and employment qualifications. In the assessment, if it is found that it is a person who has lost his trust and has not fulfilled his obligations, his employment qualification will be cancelled.
The assessment will be conducted by talking, consulting files, verifying qualifications such as academic qualifications (degree), and investigating, mainly to assess the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, professional ability, work performance, and academic performance at school. Candidates should provide originals and photocopies of relevant valid certification materials, such as academic credentials, degree credentials, ID cards, employment agreements for graduates, teacher qualification certificates, etc., and report them to the Personnel Department of Sanming Education Bureau, and actively cooperate with the Education Bureau for joint examination.
(3) Publicity and employment
1. After the candidate is confirmed, it will be publicized on the Sanming Education Information Network and the website of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau. At the same time, the supervision telephone number will be announced and social supervision will be accepted. The publicity period is 7 days. If the candidate to be hired is qualified through publicity, it shall be reported to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for approval according to the procedures, and the employer shall sign an employment contract with the applicant in accordance with relevant regulations and implement contract management. The employment system is implemented for new recruits, and the minimum service life of new recruits is 5 years (including probation period) from the date of employment registration. Those who have not completed the minimum service life shall not be transferred, and shall not apply for other institutions as on-the-job personnel.
2. Newly hired personnel shall report to the recruiting unit for work within one week from the date of approval of employment registration by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, otherwise they will be disqualified.
VI. Other matters
(1) Examination of candidates' qualifications runs through the whole recruitment process.
