According to the relevant regulations of "Hunan Province's Notice on the "Hunan Province's Plan to Reduce Social Insurance Premium Rates" and calculations based on data provided by the Provincial Bureau of Statistics, the average monthly salary of employees in all urban units in the province in 2021 is 5977 yuan. The relevant matters such as the payment benchmark values ??for basic employee pension insurance, work-related injury insurance, and unemployment insurance (hereinafter referred to as the three social insurances) in 2022 are hereby announced as follows:

1. Payment benchmark values. Starting from January 1, 2022, the payment base value of the three social insurances in the province will be adjusted to 5,977 yuan/month. Adjustments will be made accordingly when calculating the 2022 contribution wage index in the employee basic pension calculation method.

2. The upper and lower limits of the payment base. Starting from January 1, 2022, the upper limit of the province's three social insurance payment bases will be adjusted to 17,931 yuan/month, and the lower limit will be adjusted to 3,586 yuan/month. All localities must make up the difference according to the newly announced upper and lower limits of the payment base for 2022. or refund.

The above regulations will be implemented from August 1, 2022, and will be valid for 5 years.
