When applying online, the system will retrieve the corresponding billing information according to the registered ID number. If there is an error between the registered ID number and the ID number on the car purchase invoice, the system will not be able to display the information of the vehicle to be paid.

If you can't find the invoice information because of the wrong registration information, please re-register the account of the electronic tax bureau with the correct ID number. If the ID number is correct, the vehicle information (such as frame number) is incorrectly filled in when invoicing, which will also lead to the prompt "No vehicle invoice information found".

If you can't find the invoice information because of the wrong invoice information, please contact the drawer to void the wrong invoice, reissue it, wait for the new invoice to interact with the electronic tax bureau, and then declare the payment.
