2. Taxpayers shall truthfully fill in the Vehicle Purchase Tax Tax Return (hereinafter referred to as the tax return) when filing tax returns, and provide the following information:
(a) the taxpayer's identity certificate; (Note: for mainland residents, provide the Mainland Resident Identity Card or Household Registration Book (if the location of the issuing authority on the above-mentioned documents is different from the vehicle registration place, the taxpayer shall also provide the residence certificate or other relevant documents issued by the household registration department of the vehicle registration place when filing tax returns) or the identity certificate of the military (including the armed police); )
(2) Proof of vehicle price; (Note: For the purchase of vehicles in China, the seller shall provide a voucher for the taxpayer to pay all the price and extra expenses for the purchase of taxable vehicles, including a unified invoice (invoice copy and tax return copy) or other valid vouchers. )
(3) Vehicle qualification certificate; (Note: For domestic vehicles, the factory certificate of the whole vehicle (hereinafter referred to as "certificate of conformity") or the electronic information sheet of the vehicle shall be provided. 2. For imported vehicles, provide vehicle electronic information sheet, vehicle conformity certificate, Certificate of Import of Goods by the Customs of the People's Republic of China or Notice of License for Vehicle Entry (Exit) under the Supervision of the Customs of the People's Republic of China or Certificate of Confiscation of Smuggled Cars and Motorcycles. )
