However, as long as county sub-branches are clear about their new tasks and firm in their self-development confidence according to the requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development, they can be "small but promising" better, give full play to the role of grassroots central banks and better promote the development of county economy under the new situation.
County branches of the People's Bank of China should play "four major roles"
At present, the county sub-branches of the People's Bank of China should, according to the requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development, identify the starting point and focus of performing their duties, treat the work of county sub-branches with a development perspective, strengthen the means of performing their duties and give full play to their functions.
(1) Give full play to the coordinating and advising role of local governments.
