1. Who can apply for civil servants?
Persons who meet the post qualification requirements stipulated in the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (Article 11), Announcement on the Recruitment of Civil Servants for the 20 14 Examination of Central Authorities and Their Directly affiliated Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the Recruitment Announcement) and the 20 14 Recruitment Guide for Central Authorities and Their Directly affiliated Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the Recruitment Guide).
Second, who can't apply for the exam?
(1) active servicemen;
(2) Non-fresh graduates who are studying;
(three) civil servants with less than 2 years' service (including probation period) and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law;
