Tax agent certificate, generally referred to as tax agent certificate, belongs to the level evaluation vocational qualification category in the national vocational qualification catalogue. Level evaluation vocational qualification refers to the non-administrative licensing vocational qualification system established by occupations with strong social universality and professionalism.

To obtain a tax agent certificate, you need to pass the tax agent examination. Specific subjects include tax law 1, tax law 2, finance and accounting, tax-related services related laws and tax-related service practices. Candidates who have passed all the examinations for five consecutive examination years can be regarded as qualified. After passing the qualification examination, you can get a certificate made by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, who is supervised by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC), and stamped with the seal of China Certified Tax Agents Association.
