Which addresses are problematic? Why is it "substantially examined"? How can we change "abnormal" into "normal"? Under what circumstances will it be listed as "abnormal address" by the industrial and commercial bureau? .....
Under normal circumstances, there are two ways for the industrial and commercial bureau to see whether the address of a registered company is true:
Send a letter to the registered address regularly, or call the past. If no one receives the letter for many times, or no one answers the phone, it is likely to be listed as an address anomaly;
If the industrial and commercial bureau feels that the address of this company is risky, it will send people to conduct on-the-spot investigations. If it finds that there is no such house number at all, it will definitely be directly abnormal; If it is found that the office exists, but people have already gone to the building, it may be abnormal.
Companies listed as "address anomalies" will enter the "business anomaly list" of the industrial and commercial bureau.
Which companies' addresses will be inspected by the industrial and commercial bureau?
There are so many registered companies. For companies with abnormal addresses, the Industrial and Commercial Bureau also removes them in batches, but this spot check process is also focused. Generally speaking, these companies will be "prioritized" for verification:
Enterprises registered centrally at the same address
Every time we handle a case jointly with public security and taxation, we find that many companies that falsely issue VAT invoices are registered at the same address. According to this feature, companies registered in the enterprise office area are easy to be jointly inspected by industry and commerce and taxation.
Enterprises whose registered address is inconsistent with the actual address.
The registered address is inconsistent with the actual address (business premises). In fact, it is not disallowed, just for the record.
You just started your business, and your address is in Panyu, enjoying all the welfare policies in Panyu, but you need a place to actually operate, and this place also needs to be put on record. If not, and the phone reserved by the legal representative can't get through, it is likely to be judged as "no whereabouts".
Enterprises on the negative list
Supervisory committees in many areas have established a "unified address database", which can identify whether the address is true, whether there are many enterprises in the address, and whether other enterprises in the address have "criminal records" and so on.
In the past, many companies that did not have the conditions to rent offices were linked to the addresses provided by industrial and commercial agents, and these addresses were linked by various companies, and some of them were fraudulent. As a result, this address will be listed on the "negative list", and it will not be registered in the future, and the previously registered ones will also be checked.
