Our school strictly implements the eight central regulations, pays close attention to the construction of work style and efficiency, and effectively solves outstanding problems in work style such as inaction in accordance with the requirements and relevant arrangements of Luo Jiao's "Implementation Plan of Inaction, Slow Action and Chaos as Special Remediation". The self-inspection situation is briefly reported as follows:

First, strengthen leadership and implement responsibilities.

Our school regards inaction as a special rectification activity as a major event to promote the management of the whole school. A leading group, headed by Comrade Yang Jianchang, secretary of the General Party Branch, with other members of the General Party Branch as deputy heads and main leaders of various departments and relevant staff as members, was established to be mainly responsible for the development and supervision of this work. There is an office under the leading group, with Zhou, the director of the school office, as the director of the office, who is specifically responsible for action communication, situation summary and notification. The secretary of the General Party Branch is always in command, and the members of the team conscientiously perform the "one post and two responsibilities" according to their respective division of labor, solve the problems existing in the areas and departments in charge, and the responsibility lies with people. By holding a special study meeting, the whole school staff were organized to seriously study the Implementation Plan for Special Remediation of Public Officials' Inaction, Slowness and Chaos, Several Guidelines for Leading Cadres' Integrity in Politics in the Communist Party of China (CPC), and Regulations on the Management of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Luoping County. In the course of route education, I reviewed the documents of special rectification activities related to the school, such as the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Special Inspection for Violation of Financial Discipline in Luoping County and the Implementation Plan of Special Action for Centralized Rectification of People's Interests in Luoping County. Through learning, every faculty member can master and understand the relevant regulations, clarify the disciplinary requirements, and enhance the consciousness and initiative of obeying the law.

Third, self-correction and self-examination to improve efficiency.

In this special rectification work, on the basis of in-depth study, all the teaching and administrative staff of our school will consolidate and develop the achievements of the Party's mass line education practice activities, check the change of work style item by item, optimize the environment, improve efficiency and promote development, focus on the three tasks of "improving work style, strengthening self-correction and self-examination, and implementing the main responsibility", and adhere to the working principles of relying on the masses, special governance, combining evaluation with reform, openness and fairness, and continuous innovation. Second, strictly implement the eight central regulations and the "ten prohibitions" of teachers, and persist in opposing formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance. Focus on the rectification and implementation of the mass line education practice activities, and consolidate and develop the achievements of educational practice activities. Strengthen supervision and inspection, seize important time nodes, seriously correct and resolutely investigate and deal with all kinds of problems that violate the provisions on work style construction. The third is to strictly manage the budget of "three public funds", strengthen financial management, and strive to build a frugal and clean school management model. Fourth, combined with the rectification of educational practice activities, targeted actions against the interests of the masses are carried out, such as the flood of mountains and rivers, the flood of inspections and appraisals, inaction, gifts from public funds, eating and drinking of public funds, extravagance and waste, and the over-expenditure of the "three public funds", and efforts are made to solve outstanding problems that the masses have strongly reflected, and complaint telephones and suggestion boxes are set up to receive complaints and reports from the masses and find out violations of discipline and law in time.
