Our school strictly implements the eight central regulations, pays close attention to the construction of work style and efficiency, and effectively solves outstanding problems in work style such as inaction in accordance with the requirements and relevant arrangements of Luo Jiao's "Implementation Plan of Inaction, Slow Action and Chaos as Special Remediation". The self-inspection situation is briefly reported as follows:

First, strengthen leadership and implement responsibilities.

Our school regards inaction as a special rectification activity as a major event to promote the management of the whole school. A leading group, headed by Comrade Yang Jianchang, secretary of the General Party Branch, with other members of the General Party Branch as deputy heads and main leaders of various departments and relevant staff as members, was established to be mainly responsible for the development and supervision of this work. There is an office under the leading group, with Zhou, the director of the school office, as the director of the office, who is specifically responsible for action communication, situation summary and notification. The secretary of the General Party Branch is always in command, and the members of the team conscientiously perform the "one post and two responsibilities" according to their respective division of labor, solve the problems existing in the areas and departments in charge, and the responsibility lies with people. All the teaching staff work hard to solve their own problems, conscientiously perform their duties and ensure the normal development of special rectification work.

Second, in-depth study to raise awareness

By holding a special study meeting, the whole school staff were organized to seriously study the Implementation Plan for Special Remediation of Public Officials' Inaction, Slowness and Chaos, Several Guidelines for Leading Cadres' Integrity in Politics in the Communist Party of China (CPC), and Regulations on the Management of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Luoping County. In the course of route education, I reviewed the documents of special rectification activities related to the school, such as the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Special Inspection for Violation of Financial Discipline in Luoping County and the Implementation Plan of Special Action for Centralized Rectification of People's Interests in Luoping County. Through learning, every faculty member can master and understand the relevant regulations, clarify the disciplinary requirements, and enhance the consciousness and initiative of obeying the law.

Third, self-correction and self-examination to improve efficiency.

In this special rectification work, on the basis of in-depth study, all the teaching and administrative staff of our school will consolidate and develop the achievements of the Party's mass line education practice activities, check the change of work style item by item, optimize the environment, improve efficiency and promote development, focus on the three tasks of "improving work style, strengthening self-correction and self-examination, and implementing the main responsibility", and adhere to the working principles of relying on the masses, special governance, combining evaluation with reform, openness and fairness, and continuous innovation. According to the style problems existing in educational practice activities and the rectification situation in the later period of special rectification work, efforts should be made to solve the outstanding problems that restrict the work, such as buck passing, lax discipline, arbitrary corporal punishment, rough work style and weak professionalism, further change the work style and teaching philosophy of all departments in the school, improve the level of education and teaching, and comprehensively improve the work efficiency and quality of teachers.

Fourth, carry out special rectification according to the problems.

In view of the * * * and personality problems found out, after summing up and sorting out, we focus on rectifying four major problems: First, strictly observe the party's discipline, especially political discipline, strive to overcome the problems of orders that cannot be enforced, prohibitions, weakness, slack discipline, inaction and chaos, and earnestly safeguard the rigid constraints of party discipline. Second, strictly implement the eight central regulations and the "ten prohibitions" of teachers, and persist in opposing formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance. Focus on the rectification and implementation of the mass line education practice activities, and consolidate and develop the achievements of educational practice activities. Strengthen supervision and inspection, seize important time nodes, seriously correct and resolutely investigate and deal with all kinds of problems that violate the provisions on work style construction. The third is to strictly manage the budget of "three public funds", strengthen financial management, and strive to build a frugal and clean school management model. Fourth, combined with the rectification of educational practice activities, targeted actions against the interests of the masses are carried out, such as the flood of mountains and rivers, the flood of inspections and appraisals, inaction, gifts from public funds, eating and drinking of public funds, extravagance and waste, and the over-expenditure of the "three public funds", and efforts are made to solve outstanding problems that the masses have strongly reflected, and complaint telephones and suggestion boxes are set up to receive complaints and reports from the masses and find out violations of discipline and law in time.

Through self-examination and centralized rectification, the work style of the whole school has obviously changed and the work efficiency has been greatly improved. However, the following work needs to be done in the future:

Combine the special rectification of omission with the current school work, correctly handle the relationship between special rectification and their respective work, integrate action into work, combine work with action, make overall arrangements, promote interaction, and truly reflect the actual results of special rectification of omission in all work of the school.

The second part: the personal self-examination report of teachers' inaction and tardiness.

This semester, after we studied the relevant documents and many policies of teachers' "inaction, chaos and slowness", all teachers' thoughts have been greatly improved and their work style has also changed greatly.

First, through study and reflection, I realize that I still have many shortcomings in my thoughts and work, which are embodied in the following aspects:

1. Basically, we can love education, love schools, teach and educate people, pay attention to cultivating students' good ideology and morality, and spread ideas that are beneficial to students' physical and mental health. But sometimes I am not serious enough about my work, and sometimes students make trouble in class, so I have the psychology of teaching less knowledge; In preparing lessons, attending classes and correcting homework. Occasionally there will be perfunctory phenomena due to students.

2. In terms of loving students, I care about caring for students and respecting their personality; Teach patiently, protect the legitimate rights and interests of students and promote their all-round development. But it is fair and just to treat students equally, especially the requirements for students are not strict enough. Love is a panacea for education. When the love of education becomes a shining spring, the energy of love between teachers and students will continue to fission in the communication and interaction, releasing energy and producing an educational miracle. How to inspire love and make it last forever, I still need to work hard.

3. In terms of seeking truth and being pragmatic, I pay attention to establishing a good style of study, assiduously studying business and constantly learning new knowledge; I pay attention to rigorous scholarship and improve my professional level; However, it is not long-term to explore the laws of education and teaching, the teaching methods are not flexible and perfect, and the level of education, teaching and scientific research is not fast enough. 4. The study of educational theory is not deep enough, and it only stays on the surface without in-depth study in essence, which leads to a lot of confusion in the teaching process. At the same time, multimedia teaching is rarely used, which can't keep up with the times.

In terms of unity and cooperation, I can basically be modest and prudent and respect my comrades, but I am not ideal in learning from each other and helping each other. I can maintain the prestige of other teachers among students, care about the collective and actively safeguard the honor of the school, but I still lack intellectual cooperation on how to better create a civilized school spirit.
