4. The personal credit status is good, and there is no bad credit record in Bank of China and peers.

5. Be able to pay the down payment for a car that complies with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and the limits stipulated in these Measures.

6. Provide an effective guarantee approved by the lender.

7. The purpose of the loan is clear and legal, and a car purchase contract, agreement or letter of intent to purchase a car approved by the lender can be provided.

8. Before applying for a loan, you need to open a deposit account with Bank of China.

9. If entrusted payment is adopted, the borrower must provide valid counterparty account information, etc. For those who meet the conditions for independent payment, personal account information must be submitted.

10. Meet laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and other conditions stipulated by the lender.
