1. For the purchase of ordinary commercial housing, affordable housing, employee housing built with funds, second-hand housing and other houses that meet the provident fund loan conditions, regardless of area, the loan amount shall not exceed 70% of the total price of the house purchased; (Currently, China Merchants Bank does not accept second-hand housing Provident fund loan business)

2. When purchasing a well-decorated house or a house with a price significantly higher than the market average, the loan amount shall not exceed 60% of the total price of the house purchased;

3. If a loan is pledged with securities, the loan limit shall not exceed 90% of the par amount of the securities (in RMB) and 80% of the par amount in (foreign currency).

4． Housing provident fund loans in Xi'an are available up to 700,000 yuan, but any loan amount exceeding 400,000 yuan requires special approval. Customers are required to provide more credit certificates, and the provident fund office has higher approval authority requirements, which may cause longer delays.

6. It shall not exceed 70% of the total purchase price of the house.
