Materials prepared by college entrance examination students:

1. 2 copies of the "National Development Bank Student Origin Credit Student Loan Application Form" (Attachment 1, students apply online at (), fill in the relevant information of the student and the same borrower, print it out and sign for confirmation). Note: Students who have not applied for pre-application must stamp and sign the official seal of the unit on the "Review Opinions of the Village (Neighborhood) Committee or Township Civil Affairs Department".

2. 1 copy of "Investigation Form for Students and Family Situations in Colleges and Universities" (Attachment 1)

3. The original and 2 copies of the valid ID cards (second generation) of the student who borrowed the money and the 2 *** same borrowers;

4. One copy each of the household registration page and copy of the borrowing student and 2 *** co-borrowers (parents or other immediate relatives);

5. 1 copy of the admission notice (including payment notice);

6. 1 document proving family financial difficulties;

7. 1 copy of proof that the relevant person agrees to serve as the loan contact person (Attachment 4).

1. Student online application

2. Signing of loan contract

After loan students submit their loan application and the materials are reviewed and approved, the county student financial aid center staff will generate a loan contract online and Print the loan contract. The student borrower and his or her partner will then be notified to go to the location designated by the Qijiang County Student Financial Aid Management Center to sign the "National Development Bank Student Origin Credit Student Loan Contract" with the borrower. Note: When signing a loan contract for the first time, the student borrower and the same borrower (person on the application form) must bring their original ID cards to the site for confirmation. When signing a contract for student loan renewal, if the student borrower or the borrower cannot be present in person to sign, a power of attorney is required.

3. About the loan contact certificate

In order to facilitate the contact and development of relevant work in the future, college entrance examination students and college students need to find a person who is familiar with them when applying for loans in their place of origin. Family situation, administrative institution personnel working in Qijiang County shall serve as the loan contact person, and shall issue a written certificate of agreement to serve as the loan contact person (the person’s unit must have an official seal, and the certificate format is attached in Annex 4)

4. Post-loan management

Students who have taken out loans should have a sense of integrity.
