Personal housing-related consumer loans (referred to as "housing loan" for short) refer to RMB loans granted by the Bank to existing personal housing loan customers by way of credit, with personal stable wage income as repayment guarantee to meet consumer demand.
The loan target of "housing joint loan" is the salaried customers who apply for personal housing loans in our bank, including personal first-hand housing loan customers and personal second-hand housing loan customers.
If the borrower has more than one individual housing loan, at most, two mortgages will be associated to handle the "joint housing loan".
"Housing loan" is mainly used for personal consumption purposes, including the purchase of self-use cars, parking spaces, house decoration, large consumer goods, tourism, education, medical care and other consumer expenses.
"Housing loan" shall not be used for purposes prohibited by relevant national laws, regulations and credit policies.
