Tip: After the enterprise successfully opens an account, it needs to apply for the first increase in staff through the e-window platform.
The second step is to pay housing provident fund for employees.
There are four ways for units to pay housing provident fund for employees, namely, entrusting banks to collect, transferring checks, bank remittances and cash.
1. Select the entrusted bank payment method for deposits.
When an enterprise opens an account, the bank opens an account, and the e-window platform simultaneously pushes the information of the enterprise bank account to the provident fund center, and automatically completes the collection and registration of the enterprise housing provident fund.
Units can also register and collect through the online business system of housing provident fund units. Click the provident fund in the menu bar on the left side of the company's online business system page, select entrusted collection and payment in the company information management, fill in the entrusted collection information, and click Submit. The system will display "Business Completed" to complete the collection and registration of unit housing provident fund.
If the entrusted bank collection method is selected, the bank will automatically collect the remittance of the current month on the selected collection day, without going to the management department or the entrusted bank agency for on-site handling.
Prompt: Some companies selected "Yes" for the function of "Monthly remittance needs to be confirmed" when the entrusted collection and payment method was activated (this function has been cancelled now). At present, they still need to log in to the online business system of housing provident fund to confirm the declaration before the monthly collection date. If the declaration is not confirmed, the system cannot complete the payment on the collection date. In order to facilitate handling, it is suggested that such units change this function to "No". After the change, the company does not need to confirm the declaration every month: click the provident fund in the menu bar on the left side of the online business system page, select company information change in company information management, enter the company information change page, change the option "Yes" in "Entrusted Collection Information" to "No" for monthly remittance confirmation, click "OK" and then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page. Read the pop-up prompt, and then click OK. The system displays "Business Processing Completed", and the change result will take effect immediately.
2. Deposit by "transfer check"
Unit managers can bring transfer checks to any management department or entrusted banking institution for on-site handling.
3. "Bank remittance" deposit
Click the payment button on the right side of the remittance operation page, select the list to be paid in the "Payment List" column, and then click Next; Under the column of "Confirm Payment Information", select Bank Remittance in "Payment Method" and the name of the receiving bank of Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center in "Central Bank". After selection, the data of "Center Account Name" and "Center Collection Account" will be automatically displayed and cannot be modified. Then click the Submit button at the bottom of the page, and the system will display "Business Processing Completed"; Click below to print the payment notice. Within 3 working days, the company will remit the money to the bank account number shown in the Notice of Payment by Bank Remittance through the online banking or the counter of the bank where the company opens the account, and complete the payment.
4. "Cash" deposit
On the remittance operation page, the company clicks the payment button on the right side of the page, selects the list to be paid in the "Payment List" column, and then clicks Next; Under the column of "Confirm Payment Information", select cash payment in "Payment Method" and the name of the receiving bank of Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center in "Central Bank". After selection, the data of "Center Account Name" and "Center Collection Account" will be automatically displayed and cannot be modified. Then click the Submit button at the bottom of the page, and the system will display "Business Processing Completed"; Click below to print the payment notice. Units carrying cash and "cash payment notice" in 3 working days to the selected collection bank for cash payment at any outlets.
Tip: Cash payment can only be deposited at the counter of the selected payee bank, not through online banking. For example, if the bank indicated in the cash payment notice is Bank of Communications, you can only deposit cash at any branch counter of Bank of Communications.
