Mortgagor's identity certificate needs: if it is an individual, provide a copy of identity certificate. If it is an enterprise, provide a copy of the industrial and commercial business license, the identity certificate of the legal representative or person in charge, and the inquiry information of the industrial and commercial enterprise.

If it belongs to a state organ, institution or mass organization, it shall provide a copy of the organization code certificate or government approval document, and the identity certificate of the legal representative or person in charge. If it is an unincorporated enterprise, it should be accompanied by the opinions of the higher authorities.

If the mortgagor is a minor, it shall be signed by the guardian's parents, and provide a copy of the guardian's identity certificate, household registration book or relationship certificate and a guarantee letter from the guardian.
