Unmarried people should fill in the marriage commitment letter at the provident fund counter. (Retirement and payment of property management fees do not require a marriage certificate)
(4) 1 The original and photocopy of the bank card of any bank within the administrative area of Qujing City.
(5) If it is entrusted to others, two originals of the power of attorney shall be provided (both the client and the trustee shall sign the power of attorney with their fingerprints, and the client's unit shall prove that the entrustment is true and affix the official seal), and the original and photocopy of the trustee's ID card 1 copy. When necessary, the staff of the provident fund window will verify the client by phone.
(6) If the extractor extracts the house according to parents or children, it is also required to provide proof of the relationship between parents and children (the household registration book is provided in the same household registration book, and the certificate is issued by the extractor if it is not in the same household registration book), the identity card of the purchaser and the marriage certificate.
According to the provisions of Qujing Housing Provident Fund Management Center, employees cannot withdraw housing provident fund under any of the following circumstances:
(a) the interval between the withdrawal of housing provident fund is less than 3 months.
(two) signed the "monthly withholding housing provident fund repayment agreement" and use the balance of housing provident fund to pay off the loan, the interval is not more than 3 months.
(3) Less than 12 months after paying off the loan, renting the house, enjoying the minimum living guarantee, suffering from serious illness and paying the property management fee.
(four) retirement, resignation, death, transfer of the city's housing provident fund account is not sealed.
(5) The personal information of the drawee in the provident fund system is inconsistent with the ID card information.
(six) either spouse has outstanding housing provident fund loans.
(seven) during the period when either spouse guarantees the housing provident fund loan for others.
(eight) to provide false materials, the applicant can not withdraw the housing provident fund within 5 years.

Twenty-fifth workers from the housing provident fund account balance, the unit shall verify, and issue a certificate of extraction.
Workers apply to the housing provident fund management center for withdrawal of housing provident fund with the withdrawal certificate. The housing provident fund management center shall, within 3 days from the date of accepting the application, make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the withdrawal, and notify the applicant; If the withdrawal is approved, the entrusted bank shall go through the payment procedures.
