Rural credit cooperatives loan application conditions:

Age 18-65 (inclusive), with full capacity for civil conduct;

Abide by the law, be honest and trustworthy, and have no bad credit record;

Voluntary acceptance of the supervision of the loan issuing institution on the funds in its account;

Have a stable source of income and the ability to repay loans according to the contract;

The guarantor must have sufficient economic strength and the ability to replace the repayment of loans, and must be an enterprise with legal personality, other economic organizations, individual industrial and commercial households or a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct;

The collateral must be fixed on the ground and easy to realize, and the loan amount must be controlled within 70% of the collateral;

Pledges, vouchers and rights are true and clear, and bills are legal and valid;

Other conditions stipulated by rural credit cooperatives.
